Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yessort application (“App”) and related services, provided by Backface Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your Shopify store to use the App. By installing the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the App

The App provides inventory synchronisation, bin location management, and related tools for Shopify merchants.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Any fees for using the App are disclosed through the Shopify App Store and billed by Shopify.
All payments are handled by Shopify.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
By using the App, you consent to such collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its contents (except your store data) remain with Backface Limited.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as expressly permitted by law.

7. Support

We provide reasonable support via email at support@yessort.com. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App and may suspend services for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or meet all of your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the total fees paid to us for the App during the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time via the Shopify admin.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, but certain provisions (such as liability limits) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
